  • 6 Crystal pillars will be used for this setup as shown in the image.
  • 6 Desaind frames will be placed near backdrop.
  • Gerbara mixing floral row will be running on top of the setup.
  • 5 Gerbera flower bunches will be used for backdrop decoration as shown in the image.
  • 8 LED Power can will be provided near backdrop.
  • Sofa will be provided near to backdrop.

Prerequisites

  • Continuous power supply is mandatory for the decorations to be completed on time.
  • Minimum 12 feet height, 50 feet Width 25 Feet Depth is required for this decor set-up.
  • You need to provide ladder, Tables and Water Tubs to complete the decoration if necessary.
  • You need to make sure sufficient set-up time is available.
  • You need to ensure that all necessary permissions / copyrights and authorizations are in place.

Facts

  • This decor style can suit up any occasion with appropriate customization. It would be ideal for Sangeet / Engagement / Reception party.
  • This style can be complemented with welcome board, entrance draping & table centerpieces decor at an extra price.
  • Style does not include stage, carpet, chair & table arrangements.
  • Flower availability completely depends on the season.

Terms of Booking

  • All the decor styles will be booked for the above mentioned rent duration.
  • Rest of the payment needs to be done in cash only, once the arrangements are made.
  • You need to make sure the power supply is available for decorations to happen as it is, on time & hassle-free.
  • You need to make sure sufficient time is available to set-up decorations at your venue.
  • You need to make sure you have required arrangements in place to execute it on time. Few decorations might need table, ladder, chairs, plug points based on your selection. Please cross check before you place the order.
  • All the decoration items except flowers are on hire basis only. Extra charges are applicable if you want to own it.
  • For anything additional which is not mentioned here, charges will be extra.
  • If there is any damage to any of the merchandize used for this set-up during your party, you will be billed accordingly.
  • Booking does not include any furniture / fixture. Examples, but not limited to: chairs, tables, carpets, power points, ladder.
  • Booking does not include housekeeping service.
  • You need to ensure that all necessary permissions / copyrights and authorizations are in place.
  • Although we use all reasonable safety precautions, we cannot be held liable for any casualties arising at any stage.

Cancellations & Refunds

In case of cancellation, refundable amount is calculated based on the following policies:

100% Refund
In case of non-availability of your order, we will initiate complete refund of the total advance paid within 2 business days. Otherwise, your total party is on us. No questions asked.
